The year has flown by and it's that time again!
Operation Christmas Child is gearing up. Collection dates are November 16-23. Millfield will once again be collecting the special shoe boxes filled with great items for toddlers to 14 yr old's (Age brackets: 2-4, 5-9, 10-14), you pick the gender and age group that you are packing a box for.
We will have a display set up starting Sunday, October 25th for you to grab a box and pamphlet, and for you to return your filled box to. Help us put a smile on several faces this year!
Ideas of items to pack in the box: fun toys, school supplies, personal care items and something special like a stuffed animal or ball with a pump to inflate it. Make it special just for them! Take time to include a personal note and maybe even a photo for them to see what the sender looks like.
