Guest Speaker - Rev. T. Floyd Irby, Jr. (Skip)

We will be welcoming Rev. T. Floyd Irby, Jr. (Skip) into our pulpit this Sunday. Skip is a native Virginian and a graduate of the University of Virginia and Andover Newton Theological School (Boston, MA). He has served as the pastor of Nomini Baptist Church in Montross, VA from 1974-86 and West End Baptist Church in Suffolk from 1986-2011.  From 2012-2017 he served in interim ministry with three different congregations (two Baptist churches and one Disciples of Christ church).  Skip is currently retired and is a Sunday supply preacher in the Tidewater area. He and his wife, Chris, reside in Suffolk and have 5 married adult children, and 10 grandchildren. Please join us if you can.
