Senior Pastor Position

Church Size: 50-100

Full-Time 

Salary Range: $48,000 to $58,000 plus parsonage

Millfield has been a Virginia Baptist church since it was organized in 1836. Our pastor recently retired after serving here twice, as his first church in the 1980's and as his last. We would be the perfect church for a first-time pastor. We would also consider a bi-vocational arrangement. 

 

We are a loving, caring church that needs a pastor who will love us. We also need this pastor to be a preacher who can inspire us as a team of men and women called by God, to live and share the Gospel and the love of Jesus with our community and the world. We are seeking a pastor with a seminary degree and ordination by a church of like faith and practice. This church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of The Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 1963. For the purpose of missions, we are associated with the BGAV and the CBF.
